At Gigi and Cali, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and images carefully before completing a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at gigiandcali@yahoo.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
